comp735™ LLC | Buy Martian Merch™ | Max Fuega™ LLC | The Saucy Martian™ | Max Garden Galax™ operate strictly as retail intermediaries for select vendor-sourced and dropshipped products.
These products are fulfilled directly by independent vendors or their logistics partners. We do not design, manufacture, assemble, warehouse, or test these products prior to shipment. All product descriptions, materials, dimensions, certifications, and performance claims are supplied by the vendor or manufacturer and presented on our platform as provided, without alteration or verification.
Our role is limited to providing an online storefront through which customers may purchase vendor-supplied goods in good faith.

📦 Claims & Returns
All claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery, accompanied by clear photographic documentation.
Depending on the vendor’s own fulfillment policies, available resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Resolution outcomes are subject to the supplier’s terms, and comp735™ LLC and its affiliates cannot guarantee or enforce remedies beyond those the vendor authorizes.
Claims submitted outside the required time frame or lacking sufficient proof may not qualify for review.

By purchasing any vendor-sourced or dropshipped product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

In some cases, vendors explicitly state within their own policies that they do not assume liability for certain outcomes, including but not limited to transit damage, delayed delivery, or consumer misuse. In such instances, no party—including comp735™ LLC or its affiliates—can be held responsible for resulting damages or losses.
No express or implied warranties are made regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or durability.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages—financial or otherwise—arising from the use, handling, or application of any vendor-supplied product.
By proceeding with a purchase, the customer releases comp735™ LLC and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities related to vendor-provided goods, including those arising from fulfillment delays or inaccurate representations made by the vendor.
