OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Buy Martian Merch™ (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), plus all linked policies (Privacy, Return & Refund, Shipping). Shopify Inc. hosts our store and provides the e-commerce platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • Some products are made-to-order or curated from vendor partners (U.S. + international).
  • Quantities may be limited. Colors and images may vary by display.

  • We may discontinue products or limit sales by region or person.

4. ORDERS & BILLING

We may refuse or cancel any order. This includes limits per person, household, or payment method. If we cancel, we may notify you at the email or phone provided.
You agree to provide accurate, updated billing and account info.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Processing and delivery times are estimates only.
  • Title and risk of loss pass when orders are given to the carrier.
  • Non-continental U.S. addresses (AK, HI, PR, GU, VI) may require surcharges or longer transit. Some products may not be available to these locations.
  • International orders may incur duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Key points:

  • 3-day notice for damaged/incorrect items; 30-day postmark required.
  • All returns are inspected; refunds subject to at least 20% restocking fee.
  • Photo/video proof may be required.
  • If it’s our error, restocking fees are waived and a prepaid label is provided.
  • Certain items (custom, digital, adult/personal care, perishables, hazardous, Final Sale, gift cards) are not returnable.

7. DIGITAL ITEMS & NFTS

Digital items and NFTs may involve third-party platforms (blockchain, wallets). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (State of Illinois) without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Illinois.
